If you're thinking about selling in 2011, it's important that your home be in the best shape possible.

Jay Costa, a certified home inspector for the Home Team Inspection Service on Hilton Head Island said the key areas people should address when buying or selling a home are the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical system and HVAC system.
